1.  2.24 Acres of land at Lambung, Chandel, Manipur standing in the name of Anallon Christian Institute run by ACDC.
2. 15 Acres of land at Lunghu Village, Chandel, Manipur in the name of Anallon Christian Development Committee for Chandel Museum established and operated by ACDC.

         1. School building with 19 rooms.

         3. Building for ACDC office and computer room.

         7. Conference Hall.

         8. 16 Toilets and bathrooms.

         9. 1 Bore well and 1 Ring well.

       10.    Chandel Museum.
